Our client, a leading global FMCG company, is seeking a Marketing Manager (Hospital Channel).
This pivotal role drives strategic medical marketing initiatives to elevate brand perception, establish product superiority, and fuel market growth. The ideal candidate is a strategic, data-driven leader passionate about consumer and healthcare professional engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead the development and execution of a data-driven medical marketing strategy and integrated annual/long-term commercial plans, particularly for pediatric nutrition.
• Drive the creation and implementation of best-in-class medical marketing campaigns and programs for both healthcare professionals and consumers, across offline and online platforms.
• Cultivate strategic partnerships with medical institutions, professional associations, and external agencies to enhance brand positioning and market impact.
• Co-lead clinical study development and craft compelling, evidence-based scientific content for diverse communication channels.
• Foster robust cross-functional collaboration across functional teams to ensure seamless execution and broad stakeholder alignment.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize medical marketing performance using key KPIs, integrating competitive intelligence and consumer insights for continuous improvement.
• Oversee budget allocation for medical marketing activities, ensuring optimal ROI on spending and adherence to financial guidelines.
Requirements
• 6+ years of progressive experience in medical marketing or product excellence within the nutrition or pharmaceutical sectors.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt to evolving category demands.
• Proficiency in both Thai and English (written and verbal)
