Job Description:

Develop and evaluate local marketing plans and campaigns to meet business objectives, effectively managing the allocated A&P budget and resources.

Deploy product value propositions to key stakeholders, including sales teams and distributors, to ensure consistent and impactful communication in the marketplace.
·
Plan and lead all product knowledge and strategy training for the sales force, and develop key opinion leaders and trainers to provide essential information to customers.
·
Oversee the entire product lifecycle from pre-marketing and new product planning to managing creative inputs and coordinating with regulatory affairs to ensure all materials meet compliance standards.
·
Initiate and facilitate local market research, analyzing results to identify new opportunities and inform data-driven strategies for maximum market impact.
Requirements

Business Degree in marketing or a related field
·
A minimum of 3-5 years brand management experience in the FMCG or Consumer healthcare-oriented industry.

Fluent in English
