Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute campaign and product strategies across diverse customer segments, including affluent and mass-market customers, for a leading banking client in Thailand.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning and design, defining campaign mechanics, value propositions, and offer structures that are tailored to different customer needs, supported by data-driven insights.
  • Serve as a project lead by coordinating internal teams and external partners, managing interdependencies, and proactively addressing risks and issues to ensure timely and successful campaign delivery.
  • Track, evaluate, and continuously optimize campaign performance using analytical insights to enhance effectiveness and business outcomes.
  • Build and maintain campaign measurement and tracking frameworks, conducting post-campaign analysis to assess results and inform future initiatives.
  • Develop and assess business models to validate product value propositions, including financial feasibility and P&L considerations.
  • Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities, applying insights to improve campaign relevance and sustain competitive advantage.
  • Communicate campaign performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders by translating complex data into clear, actionable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing communications, digital marketing, customer experience, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in managing content strategies and executing digital campaigns across multiple channels and customer segments.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as product, creative, analytics, and technology.
  • Strong proficiency in digital and design tools including Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
