My client is a highly reputable insurance company with global presence. They are currently looking for a Product Owner who is passionate about transformation and process improvement to join their team where they will be highly involved in assessing current systems and processes across all functions along Operations to identify areas that can streamlined & optimized utilising Power Platform
as well as low code/no code solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- End2End project life cycle - starting with initial scoping following through to post-implementation
- Business requirements gathering from different local market teams
- Involved functional design, development, stakeholder management, change management, deployment planning and executions
- Identify and determine areas to automate, ultimately minimising manual labour and costs
Requirements:
- 7+ years of Business Analysis & Project Management experience with an emphasis in process optimization & automation for data projects
- Solid experience with Power Platform, Low Code / No Code
- Some experience within Insurance industry is preferred but not necessary
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to decipher requirements that may be uncertain or unclear
- Experience with practising Agile methodology; PMP / Lean certification is a plus
