About the Client:
A major player in the Financial Services sector undergoing a critical Digital Transformation. They are investing in better tools and insights to drive value, creating an urgent need for a structured Project Manager to oversee a complex actuarial implementation.
Role Duties:

Drive timely delivery of key value drivers, enabling better cost efficiency and sharper business insights

Manage timeline, risks, and blockers to protect commercial outcomes and project ROI
-
Facilitate technical discussions, keeping the team focused on what is necessary to move the needle
-
Set up and enforce governance (committees, reporting) that balances control with delivery speed
-
Hold IT stakeholders accountable, ensuring alignment with business priorities and deadlines
Role Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, specifically within Financial Services
-
Strong facilitator who can manage risk-averse stakeholders and cut through unnecessary detail
-
Expert in stakeholder management, comfortable enforcing governance and chasing teams
-
Proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
-
Ability to translate between business/actuarial needs and IT delivery
-
Experience with actuarial modelling software implementation is a distinct advantage
