Role Duties

• Design and implement a new financial reporting & close solution

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from blueprint to handover

• Define and enforce the new monthly/quarterly closing timetable

• Ensure new processes are controlled, efficient, and audit-ready

• Lead stakeholder alignment across finance, actuarial, and IT teams

Role Requirements

• Qualified accountant (CPA, ACCA, CA) with 8+ years experience

• Proven track record leading finance systems projects within insurance

• Deep hands-on knowledge of the insurance financial close process

• Experience with major GL/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

• Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills
