Role Duties

• Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.

• Coordinate with Sales and Client Management teams.

• Engage Service Delivery to ensure client requirements are met.

• Maintain documentation and process libraries for onboarding.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

Role Requirements

• Assistant Manager / Manager level experience or equivalent (5-10 years of experience).

• Background in Global Banking & Markets.

• Custody, fund structures, or market regulations knowledge.

• Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
