Role Duties

Lead the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients.

Coordinate with Sales and Client Management teams.

Engage Service Delivery to ensure client requirements are met.

Maintain documentation and process libraries for onboarding.
-
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Role Requirements
-
Assistant Manager / Manager level experience or equivalent (5-10 years of experience).
-
Background in Global Banking & Markets.
-
Custody, fund structures, or market regulations knowledge.
-
Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.
-
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
