QÁ Specialist - Supply Chain- 8k MYR- Contract

What You'll Be Doing

• System Understanding: Develop strong functional knowledge of ERP systems such as WOP, GSP, and Retek, including business logic and process flows; assess the validity and completeness of solutions.

• Test Governance: Define QA strategy and test coverage, and prepare test plans, test cases, and positive/negative test scenarios.

• Functional & Integration Testing: Validate WOP & GSP functions, APIs, mass upload logic, & data flows, and perform SIT, regression testing, and performance testing.

• UAT Support: Prepare UAT data, support BU users across Asia during rollout, track defects, and ensure readiness for UAT exit.

• Defect & Release Management: Manage end‑to‑end defect lifecycle, validate fixes and sign off release readiness, and support QA activities in Agile sprint cycles.

• Continuous Improvement: Provide QA reporting and drive improvements in Jira QA processes, maintaining high standards of data accuracy and quality assurance governance.

What We're Looking For

• Experience: Solid experience in Quality Assurance on IT Applications, with 2-3 years+ Quality Assurance on IT Applications or ERP Systems. Preferably with an FMCG or retail background.

• Technical Know-How: Hands-on experience with supply chain and trading systems/ERP such as Oracle/SAP or similar supply chain platforms.

• Analytical Skills: Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to finding solutions for complex business challenges.

• Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.

• Soft Skills: Self-motivated individuals who excel at multi-tasking and can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Teamwork: A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to go the extra mile as a key IT partner of Finance.
