A senior regional HR role supporting a multi-country organisation during a phase of set-up and growth in Thailand. The position partners closely with senior leadership and leads the regional HR agenda across organisation, workforce planning, rewards, and people governance.
Key scope
• Partner senior leaders on organisation, workforce, and people cost decisions.
• Lead regional HR priorities across multiple APAC markets.
• Own compensation and benefits frameworks and HR budgeting.
• Drive organisation design, workforce planning, and change initiatives.
• Oversee recruitment strategy, performance cycles, and talent processes.
• Manage in-country HR resources and external providers.
• Ensure compliant, consistent HR delivery across markets.
Profile
• 8–12+ years HR experience with regional or multi-country exposure a huge plus.
• Strong background in C&B, workforce planning, and HR budgeting.
• Proven senior stakeholder partnering experience.
• Experience supporting business set-up, growth, or transformation.
• Fluent English and Thai are required, a third language would be advantageous.
