A senior regional HR role supporting a multi country APAC organisation during a phase of set up and expansion in Thailand. The role partners closely with senior leadership and owns the regional HR agenda across organisation design, workforce planning, rewards, and people governance. This is a build role with clear scope to design structure, define ways of working, and put core people foundations in place for the next stage of growth.
Key scope
- Partner senior leaders on organisation structure, workforce strategy, and people decisions.
- Own regional HR priorities across multiple APAC markets.
- Lead organisation design, workforce planning, and change initiatives linked to business growth.
- Set and oversee recruitment strategy, performance cycles, and core talent processes.
- Manage in country HR resources and external advisors.
About you
- 8 to 12 plus years HR experience with regional or multi country exposure.
- Strong grounding in rewards, workforce planning, and HR budgeting.
- Proven experience partnering senior and regional stakeholders.
- Track record supporting business set up, scale up, or operating model change.
- Fluent English and Thai are required.
