Regional R&D/Food Innovation and Product QA Manager

You will lead the development and commercialization of core and innovative poultry products across international markets, working closely with manufacturing partners, suppliers, QA teams and commercial stakeholders.
This role requires someone who understands how to take products from concept → plant trial → scale-up → market launch, while ensuring food safety, quality and regulatory compliance across diverse regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new product development (NPD) and product optimization for poultry-based menu items
- Drive commercialization and plant scale-up across regional supplier networks
- Partner with QA teams to ensure HACCP, food safety and compliance standards are embedded throughout development
- Conduct plant trials and collaborate with processing facilities on process validation
- Support supplier qualification, approval and technical performance reviews
- Influence regional stakeholders on innovation strategy and menu standards
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years’ experience in R&D / NPD within poultry or protein processing.
- Strong experience in Food Innovation and plant scale-up
- Experience interfacing with manufacturing plants and external suppliers
- Regional or multi-country project exposure preferred
- Degree in Food Science, Meat Science, Microbiology or related field
- Good command both Thai and English
