We are partnering with a prestigious global healthcare and consumer focused leader to appoint a Regional Brand Director. This is a pivotal leadership role designed for a high-caliber commercial strategist capable of navigating a complex international matrix while maintaining the speed and "owner-mindset" of an agile growth business.
The Profile
The ideal candidate possesses a "best of both worlds" background: the rigorous discipline of a Top 10 FMCG or Consumer Health
giant, combined with the flexibility to thrive in a rapidly evolving, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities & Scope
- Strategic Leadership:
Drive commercial development and marketing strategy across 13 diverse markets in Asia Pacific, with a specific focus on Southeast Asia, India, and North Asia.
- Commercial Excellence:
Deliver measurable growth in sales and market share through integrated marketing activations and robust commercial leadership.
- Digital Innovation:
Champion the evolution of E-commerce, Omnichannel strategies, and Social Media engagement to stay ahead of consumer trends.
- Cross-Functional Influence:
Lead and align diverse teams across a complex regional matrix, including collaboration with HCP (Healthcare Professional) thought leaders.
Candidate Requirements
- Regional Expertise:
Proven track record of success across the APAC region; specific experience of expansion into the Japanese market
is highly advantageous.
- Sector Background:
Extensive experience within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare.
- Agile Mindset:
Demonstrated ability to drive organic growth within an evolving global firm that prizes speed and adaptability.
- Digital Savvy:
A deep understanding of the modern digital landscape, including strategic omnichannel development.
