A luxury retail
organisation is looking for a dynamic Regional Senior Marketing Manager (head of department)
to join its Singapore
office.
Reporting to the General Manager, this role leads marketing across all key client touchpoints, including in-boutique, digital, social, client engagement and events.
It is responsible for shaping how the brand engages clients across ASEAN markets, balancing a consistently high standard with local market nuance. Success in the role will require strong judgement, presence and the ability to manage senior stakeholders with confidence in a high-visibility environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the marketing agenda across multiple ASEAN markets, bringing stronger alignment, consistency and execution quality
- Oversee digital campaign rollout across channels, working closely with country and central teams
- Own brand and visual identity standards across marketing touchpoints, ensuring concepts and deliverables stay commercially sharp and on-brand
- Partner closely with content / social stakeholders to shape communication strategy across platforms
- Lead and coordinate key marketing initiatives and events across markets, ensuring strong execution, stakeholder alignment and high presentation standards
Key requirements
- 10+ years’ marketing experience in luxury / premium lifestyle product categories (including hospitality and restaurants)
- Strong experience managing senior stakeholders in a high-expectation environment
- Experienced in digital, content and marketing project management capability, especially across campaigns and events
- High standards on brand, detail and execution quality
- Proven excellent people leader/developer
