Reliability Engineering Manager (FMCG Manufacturing)

Location: Ayutthaya

This role leads the site reliability strategy, focusing on root cause elimination, preventive & predictive maintenance, and long-term asset performance improvement. The objective is to reduce breakdowns, improve equipment uptime, and shift the plant from reactive to proactive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and drive reliability & asset management strategy
• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and eliminate recurring failures
• Strengthen Preventive (PM) & Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs
• Improve KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, and downtime losses
• Use CMMS and data to identify trends and reliability gaps
• Support TPM / Continuous Improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field
• 5+ years in reliability/maintenance engineering in FMCG, preferably food & beverage
• Strong in RCA, FMEA, RCM, PM & PdM systems
• Good command both Thai and English
