Company / Role Overview
Join a global multinational organisation undergoing a large-scale enterprise transformation to modernise its core business systems and reporting capabilities. This role sits within a cross-functional programme that brings together business, technology, data and change management teams to redesign reporting and analytics across commercial operations. As the Reporting & Analytics Product Owner, you will drive the reporting strategy, prioritise delivery initiatives, establish governance standards, and ensure reporting solutions support standardised business processes, data quality, and long-term digital transformation objectives while collaborating with senior stakeholders across global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own, manage and prioritise the reporting and analytics roadmap, balancing remediation initiatives with new reporting requirements while ensuring alignment with programme priorities.
- Establish governance, quality assurance and design standards for reporting solutions, driving simplification, standardisation and reduction of duplicate or customised reporting.
- Partner with business stakeholders, delivery managers, architects and technical teams to translate business reporting requirements into scalable, governed reporting solutions across enterprise platforms.
- Oversee reporting remediation activities including data model improvements, report migration, reconciliation, testing support and end-to-end traceability from requirements through system integration testing, user acceptance testing and deployment.
- Work closely with business data owners and governance teams to improve data quality, support reporting simplification initiatives and maximise adoption of real-time reporting capabilities while reducing unnecessary custom development.
- Lead reporting-related change management initiatives by supporting user training, encouraging self-service analytics adoption and promoting standard reporting practices across the organisation.
- Support programme governance by reviewing functional documentation, monitoring project progress and KPIs, ensuring reporting designs follow best practices and future-proof architectural principles.
- Identify reporting and data-related risks, contribute mitigation strategies, and continuously enhance reporting platforms, data products and enterprise analytics capabilities to support evolving business needs.
Job Requirements
Must Have
- Degree in a technical, business or related discipline.
- Approximately 8–14+ years of experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence or enterprise data environments.
- Strong understanding of business reporting, operational metrics and KPI development with excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Hands-on experience using SAP-based data for enterprise reporting, including commercial, sales, logistics or supply chain processes.
- Proven experience delivering reporting standardisation or enterprise reporting transformation initiatives within large-scale ERP implementation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business, data and technology teams while engaging senior leadership.
- Experience participating in complex ERP implementation programmes using recognised project delivery methodologies such as Agile and/or Waterfall.
Nice to Have

- Experience implementing enterprise data warehouse or data lake solutions.
- Knowledge of AI-enabled reporting or analytics capabilities.
- Previous experience leading cross-functional or global teams within multinational organisations.
