Retirement Tech Project Manager – Insurance | 1-Year Contract

Job Highlights

About the Client

• Tier-1 insurer with a regional retirement and pensions programme

• Retirement Tech team of 10–15 contributors

• Hybrid working: 2–3 days onsite

• Insurance and financial services background highly valued

• Programme covers retirement platform, trustee integration, regulatory delivery

Role Duties

• Lead end-to-end delivery of retirement tech and eMPF projects

• Manage project plans, milestones, budget, and RAID logs

• Coordinate trustees, vendors, and IT teams across delivery

• Own UAT, go-live readiness, and post-implementation reviews

• Chair SteerCos, working groups, and stakeholder updates

• Drive Agile and Waterfall delivery across workstreams

Role Requirements

• 8+ years project management in insurance or financial services

• Retirement tech, MPF, or eMPF programme exposure preferred

• Strong stakeholder management with senior executives

• Vendor management and end-to-end delivery experience

• Agile knowledge essential; PMP or Scrum Master desirable

• Fluent English and Chinese including Mandarin
