Our client in the FMCG sector
is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Operation Executive
to support their whitespace markets across Asia. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building structure, and wants to be part of a high-growth, regional sales operation.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
- Ensure smooth and timely execution of backend sales operations (e.g. invoicing, order processing, documentation).
- Prepare monthly dashboards, reports, and sales performance updates.
- Participate in internal S&OP+ and cross-functional meetings to ensure operational alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (including distributors) to support market growth.
- Track key performance metrics and ensure compliance with operational standards across markets.
- Coordinate with the Accounts Receivable team to ensure timely cash reconciliation and minimal overdues.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
- Degree holder from a recognized university.
- Prior experience or strong interest in sales operations, commercial coordination, or business support.
- A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset—proactive, adaptable, and resilient.
- Excellent communication skills in English and the ability to engage with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Excel or similar tools for reporting and dashboard creation is an advantage.
