Argyll Scott is seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Analytics Manager to join our client’s global and dynamic team in the FMCG sector. This role is responsible for analyzing sales data, developing reports, and optimizing sales processes to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, business acumen, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret sales data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Develop, maintain, and automate sales reports using Excel, CRM tools, and other data analysis software.
  • Gather and analyze data from multiple reporting sources to generate comprehensive sales reports, including pipeline tracking, win/loss analysis, sales dashboards, close ratios, key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and promotional performance tracking.
  • Conduct year-end reviews and in-depth sales analyses to identify areas for improvement and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Ensure timely and accurate distribution of sales reports to executive leadership, senior management, and sales teams on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Continuously refine and enhance reporting methodologies to maximize sales efficiency and support business growth.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and finance teams to optimize sales performance and streamline processes.
  • Implement and manage Sales Force Automation (SFA) systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
  • Monitor sales trends, customer behaviors, and market insights to drive revenue growth.
  • Support database administration tasks, including data imports/exports and system integrations.
  • Lead and manage projects related to sales analytics and reporting, ensuring timely delivery of objectives.
  • Train and support sales teams on reporting tools, CRM systems, and analytical best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technologies, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales Force Automation development and sales administration.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and experience with Crystal Reports or Pivot Reporting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present data effectively.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as sales, marketing, and finance.
  • Knowledge of database administration and automation tools for sales reporting.
