About the role

This role leads the full sales and marketing agenda for a strategic professional channel within the business. You will define channel strategy, drive category and commercial growth, lead key customer relationships, and execute market‑relevant activation plans. The position blends high‑level strategic thinking with hands‑on operational delivery, ensuring strong alignment with broader regional priorities. You will be accountable for portfolio planning, pricing strategy, route‑to‑market development, sales execution standards, digital enablement and ongoing performance optimization across your channel.

What we’ll like to see in you

You are commercially sharp, strategically minded, and experienced in managing complex B2B or specialized professional environments. You bring strong analytical capability, influence, communication skills and demonstrate success in building both strategy and execution excellence.

Key requirements at a glance:

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Consumer healthcare/FMCG or relevant commercial industries, coupled with at least 3 years of people management responsibilities
  • Proven track record in sales, channel management, or commercial roles within competitive markets
  • Experience in strategy development, pricing, category/portfolio management and commercial execution
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills
  • High analytical capability and comfort making data‑driven decisions
