Present across Asia Pacific, they work with financial institutions, fintechs, and corporates to drive the adoption of next generation payment solutions. In Singapore, they are expanding their Managed Services capabilities in the commercial space, with ambitions to scale the model across the region.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Argyll Scott is hiring a Sales Specialist Manager on behalf of this client to be deployed on a high impact mandate. You will be the primary point of contact for a key commercial financial institution in Singapore, responsible for driving the adoption of commercial payment capabilities across the client's portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product expertise, client engagement, and go to market execution.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Develop deep product expertise and act as the subject matter expert to the client, covering product functionality, roadmap, regulatory considerations, and operational environment.

Assess the client's business needs and identify the right product capabilities to support their portfolio growth targets.

Lead go to market activities in collaboration with product managers, finance, operations, legal, compliance, UX teams, and external partners.

Develop sector specific value propositions across Healthcare, Government, Logistics, and other priority verticals to unlock new sales opportunities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with cross functional stakeholders both within the client organisation and internally.

Work available assets and resources to deliver an exceptional implementation and integration experience.

Support the client to drive new sales opportunities and increase existing usage of commercial payment capabilities.
WHAT YOU BRING

5 to 7 years of experience across product management, presales consulting, and/or commercial product launches, ideally within payments or financial services.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, finance, computer science, or engineering. Master's degree is a plus.

Proven ability to manage programs and projects in a matrixed, multi country, multicultural environment.

Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills.

Comfortable balancing strategic thinking with detailed, hands on execution.

Experience in SME or large corporate focused roles, with ability to gather approvals, manage
launch plans, and own delivery.

Understanding of macro trends in payments, banking, and financial services.
