GPO Business Improvement – SAP S/4HANA (12-Month Contract, Extendable)

About the Role

We are seeking a GPO Business Improvement professional to join the ERP program supporting the Move & Sell workstream. This role will focus on delivering business-led transformation and SAP S/4HANA implementation outcomes across Contract-to-Cash (C2C) and Logistics processes within a global ERP modernization program.

The position plays a key role in driving process standardization, governance, testing, integration, business improvement, and deployment readiness across the Realise and Deploy phases of the program.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive delivery of SAP S/4HANA Move & Sell workstream initiatives and project outcomes
• Support end-to-end Contract-to-Cash and Logistics process transformation
• Partner with GPO Leads, business stakeholders, technical teams, and System Integrators to ensure successful delivery
• Define business requirements, acceptance criteria, testing scope, and quality standards
• Lead and support SIT, UAT, data migration, deployment readiness, and integration activities
• Drive process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support reporting, KPI tracking, governance, risk management, and issue resolution
• Contribute to change management, training readiness, SOPs, and business adoption activities
• Ensure alignment with clean-core SAP S/4HANA principles and enterprise standards

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in ERP, SAP, business transformation, or process improvement environments
• Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA Contract-to-Cash (C2C) and Logistics processes
• Experience working on large-scale SAP implementation or transformation programs
• Knowledge of Order Processing, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Transportation, Inventory, Shipping, and Logistics processes
• Experience with Agile/Waterfall methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps, SAP Cloud ALM, or Tricentis q Test
• Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience in process standardization, continuous improvement, Lean/Six Sigma, or BPM initiatives preferred
• Exposure to reporting, dashboards, SAP analytics, or AI-enabled SAP capabilities is advantageous
• Ability to work with global and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced transformation environment
