Scrum Master (Agile Project Manager) - Leading Insurance

Role Duties:

• Host daily stand-ups, backlog refinements, and sprint planning sessions

• Facilitate meetings to resolve blockers and keep projects on track

• Serve as the main facilitator and coach for Agile teams

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts on user stories

• Manage cross-squad dependencies and conduct Scrum of Scrums

• Partner with Project Managers to ensure value delivery and governance

• Monitor project roadmaps, release plans, and Agile metrics

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience with 1+ year as a Scrum Master

• Must be a local HK citizen or hold HK permanent residency

• Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English (spoken and written)

• Strong hands-on experience with JIRA; Confluence is a plus

• Agile certification (PSM1, CSM) preferred but not mandatory

• Background in financial services or insurance is highly desirable

• Experience with Python, React, Node.js, or REST APIs is a bonus
