Senior Finance Manager (FMCG Manufacturing, 230K)

Our client, a prominent global FMCG company, is seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to lead operational finance within a key manufacturing facility.

This role requires a strategic finance leader capable of driving financial performance and efficiency across all plant operations. Candidates with supply chain finance, commercial finance, FP&A, factory control or costing background are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting (including CAPEX), forecasting, and spending control for all manufacturing operations.

• Oversee comprehensive cost accounting, inventory valuation, and drive continuous improvement initiatives for cost control and working capital management.

• Manage all period-end closing processes, financial reporting, and ensure the integrity of internal controls across the plant.

• Review and verify transfer pricing structures for both import and export products within the supply chain.

• Provide critical financial leadership and analysis for internal, cross-functional, and regional projects impacting manufacturing.

• Supervise and develop the factory finance team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and fostering professional growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience as a Supply Chain Finance/ Commercial Finance/ FP&A/ Plant Controller, ideally within a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.

• Proficiency in financial software, including SAP, and advanced spreadsheet skills for complex analysis.

• Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication within a global matrix structure.

• Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strong analytical problem-solving abilities to drive operational excellence.
