Job Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute internal audit engagements, including risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up actions

  • Lead assigned audit projects independently or as part of a team in alignment with the regional audit plan

  • Perform risk-based audits and value-added consulting assignments to enhance business processes and controls

  • Review and evaluate internal controls by collecting, analyzing, and testing relevant data

  • Prepare clear, well-structured audit documentation, including detailed findings and practical recommendations

  • Communicate audit results effectively and obtain agreement from auditees on corrective actions with minimal supervision

  • Identify unusual trends, conduct investigations when necessary, and support fraud risk assessment and prevention initiatives

  • Travel frequently to manufacturing sites in PRC, Vietnam, and other Asia Pacific locations as required

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline

  • Minimum 3 years of audit or relevant experience within a multinational or global organization

  • Experience in operational audit or hands-on operations exposure is highly preferred

  • Background in manufacturing and/or multinational environments is strongly advantageous

  • Professional certifications such as CPA and/or CIA are a plus

  • Strong analytical, research, and due diligence capabilities

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong accountability

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively

  • Able to work independently and collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels

  • Proficient in MS Office applications

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
