Senior Supply Planning Manager (FMCG Manufacturing)

We are looking for a seasoned supply chain professional to lead supply planning operations in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing environment. This role will take ownership of end-to-end supply planning, ensuring the right balance between demand, production, and inventory while driving operational efficiency.

As a key leader in the organization, you will manage a team of planners and play a critical role in the S&OP process, aligning cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Supply Planning & Production Alignment

• Lead end-to-end supply planning, including production planning, material planning, and inventory management
• Ensure optimal production plans aligned with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and service level targets
• Balance supply and demand to minimize stock-outs, excess inventory, and obsolescence

S&OP Leadership

• Drive and facilitate the S&OP process, ensuring alignment across demand, supply, and commercial teams
• Provide clear supply visibility, risk assessment, and mitigation plans during S&OP cycles
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision-making and business planning

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of supply, production, and material planners
• Build strong planning capabilities, processes, and best practices within the team
• Foster a high-performance and collaborative working culture

Inventory & Material Planning

• Oversee material planning to ensure availability of raw and packaging materials in line with production needs
• Optimize inventory levels while maintaining high service levels
• Drive improvements in planning parameters, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor and improve key KPIs such as service level, inventory days, and production adherence
• Lead initiatives to enhance planning processes, systems, and overall supply chain efficiency
• Leverage data and analytics to drive better decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 10+ years of experience in supply planning within FMCG manufacturing
• Strong expertise in S&OP, production planning, and material planning
• Proven experience in leading and developing teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Good command both Thai and English
