 Excellence Manager - FMCG Manufacturing

 The Supply Chain Excellence Manager will be a critical, hands-on leader responsible for identifying, developing, and executing strategies to continuously improve the efficiency, agility, and cost-effectiveness of our end-to-end FMCG supply chain. This role requires a professional with a strong background in 
 FMCG manufacturing 
operations and a proven track record of using data analytics and continuous improvement methodologies to drive measurable business results.
 
  Key Responsibilities 
 
  Optimization & Continuous Improvement 
 
  - Analyze and Map the current state of the end-to-end supply chain (Planning, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Inventory) to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and key areas for cost reduction and service improvement.
- Lead high-impact supply chain improvement projects, applying methodologies like Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma to streamline processes in areas such as production scheduling, warehouse operations, demand forecasting, and inventory control.
 Analysis & Strategy 
 
  - Utilize advanced analytics and modeling tools to forecast demand fluctuations, simulate network changes, and evaluate the financial impact of optimization initiatives.
- Establish and monitor key supply chain Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Perfect Order Rate, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), Inventory Days, and Total Cost to Serve.
 Cross-Functional Collaboration 
 
  - Collaborate closely with the Manufacturing/Operations/Supply chain team to optimize factory throughput, production sequencing, and scheduling to meet demand variability efficiently.
 Qualifications 
 
  - Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management, with a significant portion spent in the FMCG Manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing Supply Chain Improvement and Optimization projects that delivered measurable results
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, or a related quantitative field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is highly desirable.
- Good command both Thai and English
