Supply Chain Transformation Programme Lead

A vertically integrated Group across sourcing, distribution, and retail is reshaping its logistics and fulfilment backbone - and we’re hiring a Supply Chain Transformation Programme Lead to drive execution.

This is a senior individual contributor role, embedded within the supply chain leadership team. You’ll take full ownership of programme delivery across warehousing, automation, and the end-to-end supply chain (from upstream planning to downstream fulfilment). The focus: deliver measurable results, align stakeholders, and keep transformation initiatives on time and on track.

Key responsibilities

• Drive execution of supply chain transformation initiatives across warehouse operations, automation, and fulfilment
• Build and run program governance: project plans, risk tracking, reporting cadence
• Coordinate across upstream (inbound, inventory, planning) and downstream (fulfilment, last mile) supply chain functions
• Partner with senior stakeholders in operations, tech, and commercial teams to drive alignment
• Track budgets, manage vendors, and maintain momentum across all phases of delivery

Key requirements

• Over 10 years’ experience delivering complex supply chain or logistics programmes
• Deep, hands-on experience in warehouse operations is essential
• Strong understanding of both upstream and downstream supply chain processes
• Solid PMO fundamentals (eg planning, governance, budgeting, and risk management)
• Clear communicator with the ability to align senior stakeholders and drive execution
