Tech Lead (Flutter+ NodeJS) - Fintech- Canto ideally- 70k P/M

Your Responsibilities

• Partner with country and product managers to define and prioritize development for the Hong Kong market.
• Lead the implementation of market-specific services and ensure smooth integration into the global infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the global platform team to design and deliver a Hong Kong-specific offering.
• Plan and execute a support model to maintain SLAs for technical operations.
• Conduct technical planning and feature analysis to assess complexity and feasibility.
• Assist the product team in writing clear, actionable specifications.
• Perform technical discovery on market-specific integrations and regulatory requirements.

What You Bring

• 4-6+ years of experience in software engineering with full-stack expertise.
• Proficiency in Flutter and Node.js (TypeScript) is a plus.
• Experience with AWS and serverless architectures is highly preferred.
• Strong background in designing scalable, modular software systems.
• Comfortable working in distributed teams —most of the engineering team is based in Vietnam.
• Product-focused mindset, capable of engineering business-driven solutions.
