About the Role

We are partnering with a leading technology-driven organization undergoing a significant transformation journey across its products, platforms, and customer experience capabilities.

As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, cross-functional initiatives that span both business and technology domains. Working closely with senior stakeholders, engineering teams, product leaders, and business functions, you will drive large-scale transformation programmes from planning through execution, ensuring strategic objectives are translated into successful delivery outcomes.

This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering initiatives that directly support business growth, platform modernization, and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale business and technology transformation programmes.
  • Drive programme planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans.
  • Coordinate complex dependencies across multiple workstreams, teams, and stakeholders.
  • Provide programme visibility through reporting, milestone tracking, and executive communications.
  • Identify delivery risks and proactively drive mitigation strategies across squads and domains
  • Ensure successful execution of initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and customer experience improvements.

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ experience leading complex technology programmes in large-scale, fast-paced environments using Agile/Devops
  • Strong technical acumen with the ability to engage credibly with engineering and platform teams.
  • Experience managing cross-functional programmes involving both business and technology stakeholders.
  • Strong programme planning, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership capabilities.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
