Job Title: Total Rewards Manager
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Total Rewards Manager
to lead compensation, benefits, and HR operations across Thailand and Asia cluster countries. The role is responsible for employee-related cost (ERC) budgeting and management, ensuring accuracy across complex cost centers while driving operational excellence, process improvement, and compliance. Candidates from both HR and Finance backgrounds

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and execute Total Rewards operations and HR service delivery in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.

Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and ERC budgeting and forecasting
across multiple countries.

Manage and analyze complex cost center allocations
in partnership with Finance and regional HR teams.

Support AOP, salary review, and annual bonus planning
processes.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.

Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization in HR operations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience
in Total Rewards, C&B, or HR Operations
within an MNC or FMCG environment;
candidates from Finance backgrounds with strong ERC management or payroll project setup experience
are also welcome.

Strong analytical and financial acumen with experience in ERC management and cost center control.

Advanced Excel and data management skills.

and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management abilities.
