Position: Vice President – Human Resources
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources
to lead the full spectrum of HR functions for a fast-growing retail organization. The role will partner with the Executive Committee to shape people strategy, drive learning and development, and foster a high-performance culture that supports business growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, L&D, C&B, employee relations, and compliance.

Design and implement HR strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational capability.

Partner with business and store operations to strengthen employee and customer experience.

Ensure alignment with Group HR policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.

Champion learning and leadership development initiatives
across all levels.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in retail FMCG.

Strong background in learning and development
and organizational transformation.

Excellent English communication skills
and proven ability to influence at executive level.

Dynamic, people-oriented leader with strong strategic and operational capabilities.
