Position: Vice President – Human Resources

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President of Human Resources to lead the full spectrum of HR functions for a fast-growing retail organization. The role will partner with the Executive Committee to shape people strategy, drive learning and development, and foster a high-performance culture that supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all HR functions including talent acquisition, L&D, C&B, employee relations, and compliance.

• Design and implement HR strategies that enhance engagement, retention, and organizational capability.

• Partner with business and store operations to strengthen employee and customer experience.

• Ensure alignment with Group HR policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.

• Champion learning and leadership development initiatives across all levels.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience, preferably in retail FMCG.

• Strong background in learning and development and organizational transformation.

• Excellent English communication skills and proven ability to influence at executive level.

• Dynamic, people-oriented leader with strong strategic and operational capabilities.
