We are working with a large financial services company, looking for an Agile Coach with experience with different agile methodologies and background in IT.
Responsibilities
- Agile mindset, values and principles, and is not afraid to challenge and has a genuine passion for working with people.
- Use strengths in coaching, mentoring, advising, facilitating and training.
- Adapt and change approach based upon the team through the cultural transition towards embedding organisational agility.
- Understand strategy and be great at unravelling complexity.
- Work autonomously and use creative approaches to facilitate change
- Tap into people's intrinsic motivation, empower and guide them through individual Agile capability journey.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in Agile or other related disciplines (Lean Software Development, Human Centred Design).
- Minimum of 10-year experience in Information Technology
- Minimum of 2 years leading & managing Software/ IT Projects / Teams using Agile
- (Desired) Experience in leading transformation in non-technology functions
- (Desired) Experience in cultural transformation
- Proficient in using a variety of agile delivery tools e.g. JIRA, Confluence
