Our client is a multi-national company from Europe that has top quality centers and well-known brand. With Branches all over the world, they are now looking for a talented 'Sales Manager' who will take charge of leading the sales revenue of numerous clubs in Bangkok.
Key Responsibilities:
· Managed multiple sales teams around Bangkok each assigned to different clubs,
· Ensure the team can achieve their targets by coaching and mentoring them,
· Work closely with the National Sales Manager to design strategy aimed at improving revenue,
· Build strong relationships with B2C and B2B clients, using this to close deals and represent the brand,
· Work in a fast-paced environment where you will proactively hunt for new leads to assist the team in achieving monthly target,
· Working with the internal team to respond to client inquiries and deal with complaints ensuring
· Always be on the look-out for new prospects and ways to close deals,
· Analyze sales figures,
· Conduct market research and through feedback given from customers,
· Pro-active and take on the role of the hunter to achieve KPI's and targets,
· Leading multiple Sales Manager ensuring their clubs are profitable,
· Report to the National Sales Manager detailing the activities, progress, and forecast,
Requirements:
· Must have experience in Fitness and lifestyle industry,
· Strong sales management skills,
· Ability to lead, influence and increase sales opportunities,
· Money motivated and service-minded,
· A hunter with strong sales and deal closing ability,
· A successful sales track record,
· Good at managing and building relationships
