Duties:

  • Monitor the progress of the After Sales Services and Quality Control activities
  • Develop channels for markets across Asia Pacific to communicate their challenges
  • Provide quality and service analytics and insights from markets
  • Supervise the organization of auditing of the repair center

Requirements:

  • Degree holders
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ASS & QC areas
  • Solid experience in working with multiple countries across APAC
  • Fluent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin is a MUST
  • Strong presentation skills and analytics skills
