Associate Vice President, Life Sciences


Leverage company's customer and financial data to develop insights for sales/marketing leadership and sales managers. Develop dashboards and reporting designed to efficiently provide leadership with insights needed to manage and improve sales and marketing efforts. Establish and develop sales enablement team within Sales Operations function. Oversee development of existing tools and materials for sales team members; develop new tools and materials as needed. Oversee development and ongoing sales and sales management onboarding and training programs. Collaborate with consultants to ensure that territories (e.g. named account lists) are optimized. Support consultants in managing ongoing process of prioritizing accounts and prospects. Provide oversight and leadership to Sales Operations team members focused on optimizing and managing company's CRM systems. Collaborate with company's technology organization to migrate to common CRM system. Support consultants in efforts to drive CRM usage and compliance. Provide oversight and leadership to Sales Operations team members focused on providing pricing/deal analysis support and competitive intelligence to consultants and Sales team members. Engage in sales analytics/reporting. Negotiate with external providers to gain a better and more efficient process and/or cost efficiencies. May supervise subordinate recruiters, business development consultants, or related occupations as appropriate.


Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business or a related field plus four years of full-time work experience in recruitment consulting/staffing, sales operations/sales management or a related occupation.


Experience to include: 1) Establishing and developing teams and managing organizational change; 2) Structuring and analyzing data and developing reports designed to illuminate key insights; 3) Solid understanding of key drivers of revenue growth; 4) Managing and/or implementing one or more leading CRM systems; 5) Operating within international staffing markets, specifically EMEA and US recruitment markets.
