Job Description

Our client is a one of the top three hi-end sport cars brands in the world. They are now looking for a Body and Paint Workshop Director ( Hi-end Car) to be a part of their growing team in Thailand. To succeed in this role, you will be requested to lead the Body & Paint department, ensuring continuous development and operational effectiveness, by implementing, measuring and controlling Body & Paint workshop standards compliance, processes, audit's and KPI reports. Ensure maximum market exploitation in Body & Paint and profitability of Body & Paint Operation

Major Responsibilities:

- Developing and implementing the departments business plan and objectives; determining and ensuring that capacity requirements are fulfilled; maintaining and utilising the database.
- Motivating, monitoring and measuring team performance based on relevant KPIs; analysing data to identify trends and ensuring the effective and timely production of performance reports.
- Developing and maintaining tools and reports relating to customer retention, and competitor analysis
- Ensuring ethical and optimized industry-best practices, processes and systems are fully imbedded and utilised throughout the organisation.
- Managing, assessing and developing the Body & Paint team, utilizing performance management tools including coaching, mentoring and recommending appropriate training activities; implementing andsustaining a culture of change
- Sustaining profitability; maintaining standards; ensuring minuted meetings are timely and productive with assigned responsibility and deadline
- Ensuring an ambassadorial culture exist throughout the organisation

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, MBA or equivalent
  • At least 8-10 years in a similar position within a Body & Paint Workshop or the After Sales of automotive business or retailer environment
  • Excellent in English - Speaking, Writing and Reading.
  • Good leadership skill
  • Strong presentation and communication skill and good negotiation skill
