Business technical support lead, E-commerce (Digital)

This role will be part of the Global digital technical team that oversees the APAC region.

European MNC - Gone through a regional transformation and now embarking on new digital journey.

Responsibility

  • Oversees the architecture from system flow and information exchanges.
  • Be the bridge between functional and technical aspects of the e-commerce platform by closely working with digital project manager and vendors.
  • Contribute to creating value propositions through market research to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Strong emphasis on vendor management
  • Escalate unresolved issues while maintaing ownership throughout the process.

Requirements

  • 5 years of e-commerce experience.
  • Must have at least 2 year of software development experience (Hybris, Magento, Drupal, etc.).
  • Must have web development knowledge and ecommerce architecture.
  • Knowledge of CRM architect is good to have
  • Experience with drafting business requirements and understanding solution architect.
  • Able to adpt to change and communicate with various different stakeholders.
