Role Responsibilities

Driving the company's financial planning

Understanding the company vision, mission, & desired path forward; strategic planning aligns the business strategy & growth plans to financial measures & targets.

The Employee has the responsibility for the overall Finance, Investment, Banking, Strategy Execution, Merger and Acquisition, and Treasury; these are:

Performing risk management

The Employee is accountable for monitoring control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results. Understand and mitigate key elements of the company's risk profile. The Employee is to make sure that the organization has the necessary processes and decision-making strategy for capital allocation in order to truly support growth and the ability to do scenario modeling for improved risk assessment.

Deciding on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity

The Employee is responsible for the company's present financial condition; the Employee is to advise to the Group CEO and the Chief Operating Officer to decide how to invest the company's money, taking into consideration risk and liquidity. The Employee oversees the capital structure of the company, determining the best mix of debt, equity, and internal financing, and addressing issues surrounding capital structure.

Operations and Training Development

The Employee is accountable for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company, to include the development of a financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to preserve company assets and report accurate financial results.

Financial Information and Reporting

The Employee is the highest responsibility in finance and accounting, the Employee is to ensure the quality financial reports that are complied with The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

The Employee responsible for presenting and reporting accurate and timely historical financial information of the company. The Employee is responsible for analyzing and reviewing financial data, reporting financial performance, preparing budgets, and monitoring expenditures and costs.

Board of Directors and Third Parties

The Employee is required to present the financial data to the Group CEO, the board of directors, and to Management at regular intervals and provide it to shareholders and regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The Employee routinely checks the Company's financial health and integrity.

Perform other duties as assigned to promote or benefit the Company

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance required.
  • Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
  • Certified Public Accountant designation preferred.
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in financial management required.

Skills/Abilities:

  • In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
  • Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g. SAP)
  • Ability to strategize and solve problems
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
