In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting opco system and applications while also providing first-line general customer and consumer ecosystem support. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting project rollouts and implementations.


  • Managing and supporting external-facing systems and applications.
  • Overseeing and supporting the consumer digital ecosystem.
  • Managing and supporting the implementation and rollout of local and global projects.
  • Developing application manuals and providing training to key users.
  • Contributing to process transformation, digitalization, and automation initiatives.
  • Leading project management life cycles and providing business support.
  • Acting as a key business partner with the Sales & Marketing team.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, Operations Research, Economics/Mathematics, Business Studies/MBA, Engineering, or Physics.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years of professional work experience with strong business acumen.
  • Proven experience in managing and supporting CRM tools such as and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, chatbot, omnichannel, e-commerce related commercial digital ecosystem, and commercial applications.
  • Expertise in system and data integration.
  • Experience with data analytics tools, particularly PowerBI (optional).
  • Familiarity with automation tools like PowerAutomate and UiPath (optional).
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
