About Our Client:
Our client is a multinational consumer goods company, HQ in UK. It is a producer of health, hygiene, and nutrition products.
Responsibilities:
-Suggest and implement ROI improvement in Trade and Marketing initiatives.
-Conduct Pre and Post evaluation of Consumer and Trade Promos.
-Track NPD projects and update senior management about the key variances
-Ensure coordination with internal and external Audit for commercial function
-Submit timely and accurate reports to the senior management with key analytical inputs (like ROI enablers) for effective decision making regularly
-Coordinate with Global CHQ and other Regions (Countries) for timely submission of monthly reports and address clarifications regarding it
-Align with other industry players for settlement of common industry issues and development
-Initiate roll out of various group initiatives
-Team development and all people management aspects (of direct reports).
Qualifications:
-4-7 years post qualification experience.
-Solid experience in emerging markets.
-Strong & holistic functional skills covering financial planning & sales finance. -Experience of working with Distributors is ideal.
-Strong in ERP systems to understand transaction & data flows.
