Loyalty Campaign Manager

Primary tasks include establishing clear and manageable objectives and delivering a strong CRM communications strategy for the Loyalty program. You will be responsible for understanding the customer's usage behaviours for the app and developing CRM Strategies and campaigns to increase usage and frequency and to drive new customers to download the app. You will be key to supporting the delivering of the KPI's of the App.

The job holder:

  • Responsible for owning the execution of the communications plan across multiple channels including email, and push messaging
  • Manage and have hands on delivery of the CRM communications processes including receiving/ writing briefs, proofing, documenting feedback, managing sign-off and testing across devices
  • Responsible for developing the CRM communications plans and results
  • Own ad-hoc tactical and local market CRM campaigns briefs end to end from receipt of brief through to execution and post implementation reporting
  • Lead on the building and deployment of responsive CRM programmes and campaigns using the relevant campaign management platform
  • Own the implementation of key trigger and automated campaigns based on the CRM strategy that is fed in by the Data analyst
  • Responsible for managing all campaign metric reporting, working closely with the Marketing managers and data analyst
  • Proactively develop the comms and targeting strategy based on data insights from reporting
  • Lead and use customer insight and 'test and learn' tactics to provide recommendations on how to improve, optimise and drive ROI for the UAE loyalty scheme
