Key Responsibilities

  • Lead development and end to end implementation of Products strategy, roadmap, customer segmentation, portfolio, pricing, product development, customer journey, commercial and GTM plan, and performance management in alignment with overall digital product and commercial strategy
  • Oversee business profitability and investment with engagement of relevant stakeholders
  • Lead end to end customer life cycle management (define / acquire / base management / retention) with key stakeholders to achieve the defined ambition
  • Manage key stakeholders both internal and external to achieve the defined ambition and best serve customers

Key Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others, collaborate, and drive results.
  • Team player: Candidates need to be able to work well with other peers and extended team and contacts at all levels to create persuasive offers and drive growth.
  • Excellent communication in persuasive writing, reporting, and data analysis skills to effectively communicate the dtac app vision
  • Adaptability: Due to the continually changing nature of the digital space, the ability to predict consumer needs and try out different strategies is essential.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to effectively multi-task and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team environment
