Sponsorship opportunities are available for overseas lawyers and they are also very keen to speak to Australian or New Zealand qualified lawyers, who are considering relocating to Australia from overseas.

The Disputes & Investigations Practice

Allens tier-1 Disputes & Investigations practice, as ranked by Chambers Global, act in the most complex, high-value and reputationally significant matters in the Australian market. You'll have the opportunity to assist with the Australian component of major international disputes and the ability to conduct matters in jurisdictions throughout Australia and the Asia region.

The range of services provided by the Allens Disputes & Investigations Practice include: Commercial and contractual disputes, Regulatory inquiries and investigations, Corporate crime, Internal investigations, Royal Commissions / Commissions of Inquiry/coronial inquests, Class actions, Taxation disputes & Investigations, Risk and compliance advisory, Arbitration and Projects disputes.

What you'll bring:

· Experience obtained with a leading Disputes practice within an international or top-tier environment

· A minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience

· An excellent academic record

· A willingness to participate in business development activities, such as pitch documents, firm-wide pursuits, article writing, attending industry events and hosting seminars.

· A willingness to build an understanding of clients and develop effective working relationships.

· A willingness to develop others through mentoring and sharing experiences and networks.
