Responsibilities
- To be the relationship manager in the key industry segments like - Automotive, metals, Consumer goods, Electronics, Engineering, Pharma and EPC This person should have a very deep network at CXO levels within Thailand and be able to pitch Digital Solutions (Smart Manufacturing, Smart Spaces, Analytics and Enterprise applications)
- The suitable candidate would work with the HCC SME/ Presales teams to carve out the consulting needs and translate the needs into a techno-commercial proposal driving the sales cycle closures for revenue target attainment
- This person should have a good understanding of the market dynamics and buyer behavior in the region and should have had a proven track record of target attainment in the product/ solutions sales in the past/ recent past.
- This candidate should be able to qualify opportunities through focused engagements with client and partner/alliance ecosystem and be responsible for building a strong pipeline in the region
- Working knowledge of IoT platforms and technologies is desirable.
- Should have the track record of large digital portfolio sales upside of USD 1 Mn +
- Should be passionate in building GTM Digital sales team within Thailand
Essential Requirements:
- Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology or Marketing or related disciplines
- At least 5-10 years' sales experience in IT solutions and services
- Strong network in the commercial sector
- Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly present solutions and services information at one to one or group presentation
- Resulted oriented with the ability to work independently
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Comfortable to work with all levels of the customer organization up to Senior Management and C Level
- Experience specializing in Security and Smart Buildings, Government and Smart Nation
- Key abilities in relationship building and consultative approach to business
- Creative and entrepreneurial
- Good listening Skills/humility
- Culture Sensitivities / local experience
- Good communication and presentation skills
