Argyll Scott is partnering with a growing life insurance firm to look for a new senior growth manager/senior manager. The position will be a great opportunity to partner with business for a variety of new digital and channel initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drives team performance to achieve team performance targets
  • Establish and track performance goals and to develop scripts for Growth team
  • Guide and monitor business performances to ensure quality and compliance guidelines
  • Works with Branding Partnership team to deliver all-rounded branding and marketing campaigns
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder, preferably in Business or relevant field
  • At least 6 years work experience in telesales or outbound call center role in the insurance or financial services industry, with 2+ years' experience in managing team
  • High sales drive, mature, good telephone manner and able to take responsibility for achieving goals
  • Good customer centric skills and stress management
  • Self-driven, open minded and flexible
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English and Putonghua
  • Attain regulatory qualification (IIQE paper 1,2&3) is preferable
