Argyll Scott is working with Thailand's leading fintech company to find its leader of proposition and customer segment. The right candidate will lead the commercial team, develop data analytics to lead marketing campaigns, and drive growth.
What you will do:
- Develop an understanding of the business priorities and objectives of the main application
- Identify marketing and business opportunities to achieve business growth
- Conduct customer research to gain an understanding of customers' needs and markets
- Use analytics tools in order to find insights to engage customers
- Work with the product team to build product roadmaps to meet customers' needs to gain a competitive advantage over rival apps
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and to create a commercial and marketing partnership
- Ensure that all commercial activities meet or improve on budget, cost, volume and efficiency targets (KPIs) in line with business objectives.
- Lead marketing campaigns, communication, and initiatives to drive user growth for targeted segment
- Lead to deliver innovative product features within the app to meet the needs of users, deliver great customer experience, improve service efficiency with quality and fast time to market.
Who you are:
- At least 5-8 years of experience in business development or relevant role
- Good problem solving and analytics skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- The role will require a competent level of data analytics to drive insights and be able to present the data to senior management
- Understanding and experience in payment business is a plus
- Understanding of SQL database
- Experience in digital, technology, startup, dynamic organization a big plus
