Our client is a multinational insurer with strong presence in the Asia Pacific market. They're looking for a highly skilled, technical, and well versatile individual to join this high performing team. The role will be based in Hong Kong, leading a team of 3 direct reports, supported by talents in the local markets.

  • You will define insight and client experience strategies, utilize insights and translate them into structural and organizational change to deliver better client experience, which results in growing business and revenue raising.
  • You will be covering 5 markets in Asia, driving and delivering client experience roadmap. You will lead and guide the experience design team on defining key focuses of digital touch points, and lead execution against agreed key outcomes.
  • You will work cross-functionally and engage with stakeholders across the region to develop CX strategies and best practices; monitor and track performance against targets.

Key competencies

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • At least 15 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 7 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in client experience design and transformation
  • CSAT, NPS, CES or equivalent CX performance management tools
  • Strong analytical and logical thinking
  • Competency in financial and risk management
  • Proven track record in people management and development
