My client is a global brand name in the financial industry - seeking for an experience Head of Marketing Analytics to join the business; to be part of the APAC leadership team to work with business stakeholders and global team to drive the business analytics decisions.

As the Head of analytics:

  • Part of the leadership team to drive topics around customer acquisition, retention, up selling and cross selling activity, digital initiatives, customer journey etc in both online and offline distribution of products
  • Responsible to look into data models and trends to help guide business into driving right business decisions.
  • Be the point of contact for the C-Suite in terms of marketing and consumer data
  • Develop a roadmap, and provide data strategy and commercial insights
  • Drive the end to end story across all areas

Leadership responsibilities;

  • Part of leadership across APAC countries
  • Lead a team of direct and indirect resources, up to 20-30 analyst

Technical leadership:

  • Experience in building and executing data frameworks
  • Experience in managing databases for analytics team, able to lead directions in terms of data modeling, data reporting, data analytics
  • Drive rollout and adoption of the tools around Machine Learning models
  • Drive best practices around data modeling and campaign analysis

Requirements:

  • More than 10 years of experience in Data Analytics
  • Exposure in Financial Services Industry. Knowledge of statistical tool and language: SAS, R, SQL, Python
  • Experience working with business intelligence tools such as Qlik, PowerBI and Google analytics
