Our client is a well know global automotive brand, has been operating in Thailand for more than 25 years. Currently they are looking for Head of Sales.
Responsibilities:
· Develop strategy of sales operations to optimize sales performance while improving productivity and efficiency
· Create and manage processes such as sales target setting, forecasting and budgeting to hit company revenue goals
· Define data to increase efficiencies in the sales process, closely monitor sales performance at all stages and provide continuous recommendations for improvements
· Drive the end-to-end sales planning process and enhance sales operations to optimize sales performance
· Monitor dealers' activity to optimize budget and enhance sales performance at dealers
· Conduct activity and PDCA to improve dealers quality, SSI and S-DOM
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
· 15+ years of sales operations experience in automotive industry
· Strong analytics, communication, and problem-solving skills and the ability to work with all levels of management and across multiple and varied functional teams
· Track record of understanding and supporting business and professional requirements
· Self-starter mentality and comfort working in a high energy, international environment
