Job Description

  • Developing Food service/QSR strategy & plan aligns with sales strategies and sales planning
  • Driving sales performance & achieve Food service/QSR sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
  • Monitoring and tracking new trends and opportunities in the Account of Food service/QSR channel
  • Leading account management strategy to align with the business direction and objectives.
  • Identifying market potential in order to establish new account.
  • Leverage Food service/QSR team with setting the standards and performance measures of sales operations in line with the sale's strategic objectives, and monitors their timely implementation, and ensures their achievement.
  • Expand and maintain accurate records of Food service/QSR sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory


  • Bachelor or Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or other related degrees.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Sales or any related commercial function preferable focus in Food service/QSR channels.
  • High-performing individual with an excellent track record and ability to develop a good rapport with senior leadership.
  • High level of energy and creativity to drive change management and willingness to go the extra mile.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, in developing markets and achieving business results
